AWE helps low-income families and individuals access vital food benefits as they work towards self-sufficiency. Our benefits program provides Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) eligibility screenings, directly assists people with completing the SNAP applications, and tackles barriers to food access and security through outreach, advocacy, and education.
