Trafficking Survivors Advocacy Program
AWE provides trauma-informed, comprehensive case management services to foreign-born children and adult survivors of human trafficking so they can access the support they need to live free of violence and exploitation. Our services include:
- Help accessing public benefits
- Financial assistance for basic needs like food, clothing, and housing
- Help accessing mental health and medical care
- Referrals to vocational and educational programs
- Assistance accessing employment and professional trainings
- Help navigating the immigration legal systems
- Afterschool enrichment activities
- Bi-weekly support groups for survivor youth in partnership with the HEAL Refugee Health and Asylum Collaborative
